Characteristic
Mobile diagnostic room “KRAS” is the best assistant for carrying out public mammography examinations in the outlying districts, where hospitals and health centers are not equipped with mammography units. This equipment is impossible to replace, when carrying out examinations of students and employees directly at the places of organization’ location.
Excellent heat and sound insulation features of the cabinet-van, conveniently fitted ergonomic equipment provides a comfortable work for medical staff all day long, and the advanced heating system allows equipment to be ready for operation within 15-30 minutes.
The room is equipped with installed diagnostic mammography unit “Lybid”. The unit is designed for carrying out mammography diagnostic screening examinations. Mammography unit ensures low dose of radiation. For registration of X-ray radiation, which penetrates through the patient’s organ, digital receiver with spatial resolution 8 line pairs per mm is used in the unit, which ensures obtaining high quality images of the breast, necessary to provide precise diagnostics.
Diagnostic mammography unit “Lybid” is equipped with modern high-frequency power unit of 30 kHz, which allows to reduce voltage fluctuations on X-ray tube, to prolong the operation life of the device and improve accuracy of anode voltage up to 2% taking into account all destabilizing factors.
Each automated working place of X-ray technician and radiologist are equipped with modern computer and two monitors, UPS, a table and a chair, laser printer – for periodical reports printing and medical printer for radiological images printing.
The doctor has the possibility to analyze and process images efficiently, work with data bases, process images and archiving them on DVD-disk, print mammograms and examination reports, have an access to international telecommunications networks.
Diagnostic mammography unit “Lybid” software complies with international medical standard protocol “DICOM-3.0”, and in case of necessity, featured to be integrated into any modern medical information system.
Preset algorithms of digital images processing ensures the effective post processing of obtained information, in order to provide the maximum possible quality.
